AgentsRun provides AI-powered communication and automation services designed to help businesses manage customer interactions and operational workflows.

You may use our Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Services
• attempt to disrupt platform functionality
• use the Services for unlawful purposes
• attempt to access systems without authorization
• copy, resell, or exploit our Services without written permission

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our Services.

If you are using AgentsRun on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that business.

AgentsRun uses artificial intelligence to help automate customer interactions.

While we work to ensure accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.

Businesses are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the information provided to AgentsRun and for the accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance of communications sent to their customers through the Services, whether generated by artificial intelligence, sent automatically, or sent manually by a human user.

Businesses are responsible for reviewing their business information and ensuring that information provided to customers is accurate and current.

AgentsRun does not guarantee:

• reservations
• sales
• revenue outcomes
• customer conversions
• business performance improvements
• accurate information at all times

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from a business using AgentsRun, you may receive messages from that business through the AgentsRun platform regarding restaurant reservations, booking requests, waitlist updates, appointment reminders, customer support, and responses to restaurant-related questions.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Businesses using AgentsRun are responsible for ensuring that their messaging programs, consent practices, and message content comply with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and messaging industry standards.

By default, businesses using AgentsRun are not approved or enabled to send age-gated content. Age-gated content may only be sent after AgentsRun has expressly enabled the business for age-gated messaging and all applicable registration, consent, and age-verification requirements have been satisfied.

Unless expressly enabled for age-gated messaging, businesses must not use AgentsRun to send SMS messages that advertise, promote, describe, recommend, or otherwise provide specific information about alcoholic beverages or other age-restricted products.

Businesses may not use the Services to send prohibited or restricted content unless the applicable messaging program has been properly registered and all required compliance measures have been implemented.

Businesses are responsible for all communications sent through their account, whether generated by artificial intelligence, sent automatically, or sent manually by a human user, and for ensuring those communications comply with applicable laws, messaging consent requirements, age-verification requirements, and carrier rules.

AgentsRun may restrict, block, suspend, or disable messaging functionality when necessary to comply with carrier requirements, applicable law, or these Terms.

By using our Services, you may provide business information including:

• menus
• pricing
• operating hours
• service offerings
• reservation links
• ordering links
• FAQs

You represent that you have the right to provide this information.

You are responsible for ensuring that business information provided to AgentsRun is accurate, current, and appropriate for communication to your customers.

All content, branding, software, designs, technology, and materials provided by AgentsRun remain our property unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers including communication providers, AI providers, analytics platforms, reservation systems, and ordering platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party services or outages.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentsRun shall not be liable for:

• lost profits
• lost revenue
• business interruption
• data loss
• indirect damages
• customer damages resulting from use of the Services
• carrier violations resulting in fines, suspension of service, or any other consequence

Businesses are responsible for all communications sent through their accounts and for compliance with applicable messaging, consent, age-verification, carrier, and other legal requirements.

Use of our Services is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the Services at any time. However, you remain responsible for all amounts owed under your contract until the end of the applicable contract term.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
